Report
Report is a document that presents information in an organized format for a specific audience and purpose. Reports can fulfill four different, and sometimes related, functions. They can be used as controls to ensure that all departments are functioning properly, to give information, to provide an analysis, and to persuade others to act."

Birds
Birds are interesting flying animals. They are vertebrates and warm
blooded animals. They belong to aves class and they can be found all over the
world. Birds breath with their air pocket. Beside as respiration organ, air
pocket also can enlarge or reduce their weight when flying or swimming. There
are many kinds of birds. Earth bird has special characteristic. They have
different morphology acording to their food and their habitat. Some of them eat
seeds, pollen, fish or meat. There are some species that live in land and the
others live in water. Land birds live on their nest. Female birds have specific tasks. They lay
eggs and feed their baby, Beside that they look for foods for their baby.
Memo
Memo is a short message and
clear writing leads to a person's informal writing usually no more than 10
lines, the writing could be on the tick yes or handwritten. Memo in use to
remind or confirm about a thing / affair. The contents of the memo in the form
of notices, requests, instructions, suggestions, messages, and specific task.

So, Writing a memo or report requires organization and vision. Memos
typically are short and the point whereas a report, while still organized,
covers more information. An interoffice memo needs to be addressed to the appropriate
people as to not cause confusion amongst employees. A report needs to be well
thought out, non cumbersome and contain pertinent information for its purpose.
Both memos and reports are used to present information in an organized manner.
